In that we were both new to the Newaygo area and knew virtually nothing about construction, we selected Wayne Kauffman to build our home because he gave us a favorable impression of intelligence, competence, trust and ability to communicate.
It is an understatement to say that we have not been disappointed. Our house is a testament a bragging right -- to the quality of his work. In addition, Wayne not only did good work, but became a friend who has quickly responded to a variety of our needs years after the project was completed.
